What seniority level do you place?

Mid-level (4–6 years) and senior (7+ years) only. We do not place junior developers in dedicated roles. If your project needs someone who can own a feature end-to-end without close supervision, that is exactly who we place.

Can I interview the developer before committing?

Yes, always. We shortlist 2–3 candidates matched to your stack and domain. You run a technical interview using whatever format your team uses — take-home task, live coding, architecture discussion. We move forward only after you approve the hire.

What is the minimum engagement length?

Our dedicated developer engagements start at three months. This is the minimum time it takes for a developer to ramp up, ship meaningful work, and for both sides to see real value. Month-to-month extensions after that with 30 days notice to scale up or down.

What timezone do your developers work in?

India Standard Time (IST, GMT+5:30). This overlaps with US East Coast mornings (8am–12pm EST) and European afternoons (1pm–5pm CET). Our engineers adjust their start time to maximize overlap with your working hours.

What if the developer is not a good fit after we start?

We offer a two-week replacement guarantee. If the placed developer is not working out — for any reason — we replace them at no additional cost. We would rather fix the match than lose a long-term engagement.

Do you handle NDAs and IP agreements?

Yes. We sign your NDA and IP assignment agreement before any work begins. All code written by Nexios developers during the engagement is your intellectual property. We do not reuse client code, retain it after engagement end, or claim any rights to it.
