UI/UX Design
Product Design that Ships, Not Just Slides
We design interfaces that developers can build and users can understand. User research, Figma-first design systems, and interactive prototypes — all handed off in a format your engineering team can actually use.

What we deliver
Design capabilities
Every deliverable is built for handoff to engineering, not just stakeholder approval.
User research & discovery
Interviews, user journey mapping, competitive analysis, and persona development. We start from what real users need, not what looks good in a pitch deck.
Wireframes & information architecture
Low-fidelity wireframes that answer structural questions before anyone touches colour or typography. Fewer design revisions, faster development.
High-fidelity UI design
Pixel-precise Figma designs for web and mobile. Every component state covered: default, hover, active, disabled, error, loading. No surprises for developers.
Design systems
A component library and token system that lets your team ship consistently at speed. Built in Figma with clear documentation, ready for handoff to any frontend stack.
Prototyping & usability testing
Interactive prototypes in Figma for testing flows before a line of code is written. We run usability sessions and iterate on findings before development starts.
Developer-ready handoff
Annotated Figma files, export-ready assets, spacing and typography tokens, and an organised component structure that developers can build from without guessing.

FAQ
Questions about UI/UX design
Do you do design-only engagements?
Yes. We work with clients who have their own development team and need design only. We deliver annotated Figma files and assets that any competent frontend team can build from.
How does design integrate with your development work?
When we are doing both, design and development run in parallel overlapping sprints — design is always one sprint ahead of development. Developers do not wait for designs, and designers get feedback from real implementation. This is a meaningful efficiency over treating design and development as sequential phases.
Do you design for both web and mobile?
Yes. Most of our engagements involve responsive web and at least one mobile platform. We design for all breakpoints and both platforms in the same Figma project, with shared components where appropriate.
Can you work within an existing brand?
Yes. We work within your existing brand guidelines, colour palette, and typography — extending them into a full product UI rather than replacing them. If your brand guidelines are thin, we will help you extend them into a product context.
What does a design engagement look like?
Discovery (user research, journey mapping, competitive analysis) → wireframes → design review → high-fidelity UI → prototype → usability feedback → final handoff. Each stage has a defined output and sign-off. Timeline varies: a focused app design is typically 4 to 8 weeks.
